ACC CARES Concerning Behavior Referral Form
Austin Community College cares about the health and safety of all students, faculty and staff. The purpose of ACC’s Campus Assessment Response Evaluation and Support or CARES Program is to apply a multidisciplinary approach to prevention, early intervention, and response to distressing, threatening, and disruptive behaviors. Our aim is to assist and support our campus communities.

Austin Child Guidance Center
Provides mental health services for children in Central Texas.
Austin Lakes Hospital
Offers mental health help to adults 18 & up. Both inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment offered.
Austin Travis County Integral Care
Provides services including: adult behavioral health, child and family counseling, services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and services for people experiencing a psychiatric crisis.
Capital Area Counseling
Provides individual and couples counseling.

Offers inpatient treatment services for people with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Seton Mind Institute
Intensive outpatient group therapy including: dialectical behavioral therapy, (DBT), chemical dependency services and dual recovery services.

Kaleidoscope Counseling and Assessments focuses on providing high quality, evidence-based mental health treatment to children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. Kaleidoscope was founded on the vision that treatment should be affordable and accessible to those who need it.
Waterloo Counseling Center
Provides individual, group and couples counseling for a sliding scale fee. Specializes in LBGTQ issues.
YWCA
Provides individual counseling to women for a sliding scale fee.
Bluebonnet Trails
